What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Personally Identifiable Information
Personally Identifiable Information is information that identifies a specific person. When Users engage in certain activities on our Site, we may collect personally identifiable information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit our site, create an account, place an order, fill out a form or survey, and engage in other activities, services, and features that are available on our Site. If you elect to engage, Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and credit card information to process your transaction. We only collect personal identification information from Users that voluntarily submit such information to us. Electronic newsletters & Communication
If a User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive occasional emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. We may use third-party service providers to help us administer these activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters, promotions, or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us permission. If you do not want to receive promotional emails from us, you may elect to opt-out of receiving promotional emails at any time after registering by contacting us at the email listed at the end of this Privacy Policy or by hitting the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any of our promotional emails.

When you sign up for an account or use certain features, you are opting to receive messages and/or phone calls from SKO Designs.  You cannot opt-out of Administrative Emails. “Administrative Emails” relate to your activity on the Site and include but are not limited to emails regarding your account, requests or inquiries, and purchases of products and services, if applicable. 

Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
Our Site is not directed to people under the age of thirteen (13). If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at the email address listed below. If we become aware that a child under thirteen (13) has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.
